Enquiries Your details stay in page memory until you select “Send enquiry”. Your name, email, business details, selected service, project brief, timing and any included tool choices and options are sent to our enquiry endpoint on Vercel and emailed to [email protected] using Google Workspace/Gmail so we can respond. Our site does not save enquiry fields in browser storage. Cart choices use your browser tab’s session storage. An enquiry or purchase does not subscribe you to marketing.
Free Marketing Check and starter kit Submitting the free form sends your name, email, business context, answers, source page and separate marketing-consent choice through Vercel. Google Workspace/Gmail sends your requested ideas to you and notifies [email protected] . Marketing updates are optional and unticked by default. The form does not save personal answers in browser storage. Static downloads do not need an email address.
Online payments Reviewing your total sends selected tools and options to our checkout endpoint on Vercel. Choosing to pay sends your email and business name. Business details are encrypted before storage in Stripe Checkout Session metadata for order follow-up. Stripe hosts the payment form and collects card and billing details directly; our website and checkout API do not receive your full card number or security code.
Project briefs after checkout After our server verifies completed checkout, the same browser can submit a project brief, contact name, optional phone number, asset links, approvals and access instructions. These details are sent through Vercel to our support inbox using Google Workspace/Gmail. The brief is not stored as plain text in Stripe metadata. Stripe records a keyed digest and sent marker to help prevent repeat submissions. Your order reference links the brief to your order. Do not provide passwords or secret keys; account access is arranged separately.
Order emails After a verified payment, Google Workspace/Gmail handles the order notification to our team. It includes your email, any name, business, phone number and project brief provided, tool choices and extras, payment amount and order reference. Card details stay with Stripe. Checkout details are not sent to development assistants. Google may process emails outside New Zealand.
Hosting and your rights Vercel hosts the site, enquiry and checkout endpoints. Vercel, Google and Stripe may process information outside New Zealand. A functional cookie links your browser to its verified payment result for up to 24 hours; it contains signed checkout references, not form fields. We use cookieless Vercel Web Analytics for statistics about visits to public pages. We exclude checkout pages and remove query strings and URL fragments from page addresses sent to analytics. Form answers, cart contents and payment details are not sent to analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
